On The Flip Side Food Truck is hosting a fundraiser on Saturday October 14th from 2 to 7 PM
Visit Old Firehouse Road that evening and grab sliders for dinner while benefitting Seymour Pink.
October is Breast Cancer awareness month. This year we will be doing a fundraiser to show our love/support to a good friend of ours. 100% of all proceed will be donated to Seymour Pink.
Our friend Ann Mazxone was diagnosed with Breast Cancer stage 1B in August 2022 at the young age of 38. This put an immense amount of stress on her, her husband and 2 small children (2 & 3 at the time). She has since undergone a bilateral mastectomy and the Cancer was removed in September 2022. Ann has gone through chemo and radiation which concluded in March 2023. She will be on hormones therapy for 5 years and will be undergoing breast reconstruction in November. During this hard time she was able to get financial help through an amazing organization called Seymour Pink. This organization aims to educate as well as provide financial assistance to breast cancer patients. Because of their generosity and donations like yours, they were able to help Ann with her medical bills over the past two years so she could take some time off of work and focus on healing. Imagine what a relief this was for someone so young and with a family of their own.
We will be donating 100% of our proceeds/donations from this event back to Seymour Pink as a thank you for everything they did for Anne and her family. Hopefully this money will help someone else in need.
About On The Flip Side:
On the Flip Side is a food trailer. Family owned and operated.
Our passion for the food comes in every order. This is something I have personally dreamed about for years. I’ve always loved cooking and, I’ve especially loved cooking for others.
We are a slider themed trailer, that uses a freshly ground brisket & chuck blend for our burger choices. Thigh meat for our juicy crispy fried chicken sliders. We also have sausage and vegetarian options on our menu.
