History of this Event
The annual pasta dinner at Brookside is very special to Seymour Pink’s tradition as the first ever fundraiser event in the fight against breast cancer.
While Seymour Pink was officially incorporated as a non-profit in 2010, the concept for PINK began in 2007 when Sara and Gary Morgatto, owners of the Brookside Inn in Oxford, agreed to host a pasta dinner to help raise money for a breast cancer walk that Mary Deming, founder of Seymour Pink, Inc., was participating in that year.
The Morgatto's have hosted Seymour Pink’s annual pasta dinner every since that year and never have charged our organization a dime for the event. All ticket sales and raffle funds support our mission directly. In thanks and appreciation of their generosity, the Board of Seymour Pink has established a scholarship in the Morgatto's honor. This event has raised over $60,000 towards our mission since its inception. Thank you Gary & Sara for your generosity!
Honor Your Loved Ones
This is a very special night as we honor our loved ones who have heard the cancer diagnosis by raffling off donated gift baskets and/ or items in honor of or in memory of them.
Donation baskets can be brought to the Seymour Pink Gift Shop during shop hours or coordinate with Mary at 203-668-3170. All baskets must be provided to Seymour Pink by April 12th.
If you have never been, you MUST come...it is a magnificent and exclusive night.

If you would like to create and donate a raffle basket in memory of a strong breast cancer patient, please affix the Bag Tag with a story about your basket.
All baskets must be recieved by April 12th.Please drop off at our gift shop during regular business hours or reach out to Mary at seymourpink09@aol.com to coordinate pickup.
