Race Swag:
If you are on a team of 5+ people, and did not elect shipping your captain should have your swag – please coordinate with him/her. If you are participating virtually or chose optional shipping, your swag was mailed by last Wednesday and should be to you by the middle of this week.
Please note, if you registered after August 15th there was no shirt or medal option available due to lingering supply chain issues and lead time for our order entry. You can check your race registration date through your confirmation email or RunSignUp account.
If you are an individual or small team you can pick up your race bib & swag race morning at the 5k Info Booth.
Reminder…there is NO SAME DAY registration.
Encourage friends or family who inquire about the race to come cheer you on as a spectator this year.
Help us prevent race bandits! You must have a bib on in order to be on the course.
We reserve the front of our start line for our running participants. If you are walking the course please move to the back of the starting area, for your safety and the safety of our runners. We know many of you registered on teams and may want to be together, however there is plenty of time for that before or after the race.

Post-Race Festivities
We have Stani Yogurt, Ice Cream Emergency, Rose’s Family Restaurant Pizza, Valley Nutrition/Riverside Nutrition/Charged Ansonia Specialty Teas, Starbucks, and of course… the usual – bananas & water for your post-race snacks.
Keep moving from the finish line!
*This year we have a water truck from Aquarion which will be located past the finish line on River Road. When you finish your race, please move expeditiously out of the finish chute and away from the finish area for the safety of our other incoming runners and walkers. Head directly straight ahead from your finish to grab a reusable water bottle and fill up at the truck.
Adam Rivers from KC101 / Kiss 95.7 will be our Master of Ceremonies and the iHeart Radio promo team will be onsite too. It’s going to be exciting pre- and post-race!
Spectators
We welcome and encourage spectators out on the course and at our finish line. If you are gathering near the finish line please be mindful that runners will be coming full speed ahead – stay ON THE OUTSIDE of the security fencing and stay out of the race chute!
Wear pink, bring your voices and come cheer on our 2,000+ live participants this year.
Results & Awards
This year you will be able to scan a QR code to view results from your own phone. These will be posted around the finish and celebration area. Additionally, we will be posting results across from the ice cream truck near Team Village.
If you are identified as a top finisher in your age division you will pick up your medal at the 5K Info Booth after the race.
Awards will be presented both before and after the 5K. Please stay after the race, enjoy some great food, and support our special award winners and race winners.
