This time of the year can be magical!
Unfortunately for some, it brings darkness instead of light. The expectations of the season for some cannot be fulfilled and with that comes disappointment and despair. Not every family has a “Norman Rockwell” holiday perfect in oh so many ways.
Giving someone the gift of HOPE in their time of darkness, can bring LIGHT to those struggling!.
Time and again, I have witnessed so many gifts of HOPE given by members of this community!
Whether it be a monetary gift or delivery of unexpected groceries, or home cooked meals, or an unexpected appearance of Christmas gifts for families in need, or words of encouragement, a helping hand, a much needed hug… the list of gifts of HOPE that I have witnessed, is endless.
The gift of HOPE is Priceless!
When you bring HOPE to someone, you bring them optimism, you give them a sense that all things are possible, you give them a reason not to give up. Your Gift of HOPE brings the LIGHT needed to persevere thru darkness.
To those who have financially supported our mission, for all the INCREDIBLE volunteers who have given SO many hours at our fundraising events, at our Gift Shop, for those of you who have extended a helping hand to someone struggling as a result of their breast cancer diagnosis and it’s barbaric treatment, please know YOU have brought HOPE to them AND to this community!
